- The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
- The living room is spacious and well lite
- The walls are decorated with impressionist oil paintings. There is a fire place and cozy furniture.
- The family room has a hockey table, billiard that can be used as a ping-pong table.
- The size of the bed is California king which is larger than the regular king size and can fit up to 3 people. The mattress is by Sterns and Fosters, a reputable mattress company.
- The house has a 15 meter pool. There are parking spaces available.

The house is located:

- Few minutes from The Commons shopping Center
- 15 minutes from Westfield shopping mall.
- 30 minutes from Malibu.
- An hour and half from Santa Barbara
- 35 minutes from Hollywood
- An hour from Down town LA.
- 30 minutes from Mulholland Drive scenic road.

I own 4 pugs. If a boarder is allergic to dogs then he/she should not book the room.

- A photo ID, Driver License is requited to be faxed or emailed prior to a final booking. - Payments of deposit and fees are in US Dollars and in cash. - Soap,Shampoo & towel will be provided. - Pool may be used at the boarder's own risk. - Boarder may use the kitchen to prepare food he or she purchases; all cookware and utensils must be washed, dried, and returned to cupboards. - Only registered guests are allowed in the house. - Lost or non-returned key charge is $50. - No cooking allowed in the room. - No smoking in the house, only outside. - No substance abuse of any kind will be tolerated and is ground for immediate eviction. - No binge drinking. - Keep the room clean. - No excessive noise - please be considerate of others in the house. - Damage due to negligence may result in immediate eviction. - Other bedrooms are off limits at all times. - Owner reserves the right to enter the rented room during reasonable hours while boarder is not present for the purpose of cleaning and scheduled or emergency repairs. - Let owner know if anything in the room is broken or not functioning properly so it can be addressed promptly.
