Western Maryland - A Stunning Rural Fairytale

 

The western part of the American state of Maryland will charm you with its mountain-scape. The area is known for its wonderful rural atmosphere and stunning views. The railroad trip stops at the Frostburg Depot built in the late 19th century.

Another necessary station in your Maryland historical trip must be the Antietam National Battlefield to discover all about the Civil war.
