A boat dock out your backyard, two blocks to the beaches of Lake Tahoe, one block to tennis, two blocks to private outdoor pool and volleyball court, three blocks to a year-round indoor pool, biking and hiking trails all around, less than 6 miles to skiing and the nightlife of Nevada casinos, fishing from your backyard or lake, and the the list goes on and on.
