Seaside Heights - Astonishing Beaches and Spectacular Nature

 

Seaside Heights is a borough in the American state of New Jersey. Located on the picturesque barrier peninsula Barnegat along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, Seaside Heights is a popular summer destination with its incredible beaches and stunning views. And speaking about beaches, Seaside Heights has some of the best in the state of New Jersey.  You won't need to worry about entertainment because the coast has plenty of beach bars to make your vacation even better. The incredible waves make them perfect for surfers to enjoy riding the ocean. Seaside Heights is also great for jet-skiing.

Fishermen will find their heaven here; there are plenty of piers and fishing spots to try your luck. Go to the Casino Pier and the Barnegat Bay. While on the bay you can enjoy some crabbing, which is considered to be a top family activity in the Seaside Heights.

Finish your day with a walk on the famous boardwalk. The colourful crowd, various shops, restaurants and amazing atmosphere will be the perfect ending of your amazing Seaside Heights day. Don't forget to take pictures of the old carousel, which has long been a landmark of the city. Jenkinson's Breakwater Beach Water Park, located at the end of the boardwalk, guarantees fun time for all ages, so be sure not to miss it.

Spend a day in the Island Beach State Park. The small barrier island preserves the specific ecosystem of the area. It is one of the last pristine beaches on the Atlantic coast. Other than sunbathing on these divine sands, you can enjoy some kayaking, fishing, diving, biking, surfing and hiking.

Seaside Heights hosts various events throughout the year. Some of the best ones are the Italian Street Festival, the Polar Bear Plunge and the Annual Car Show.
