Direct Beach Access via your own private path. Enjoy your own private seating area and watch the sunrise with coffee in hand. This spacious home is located Oceanside in Pt. Pleasant Beach. The neighborhood is residential. This home lies just 100 yards west of Bradshaw Beach, Our private beach has lifeguards and beach passes are required. (8 beach pases are included witht he rental) Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants.

July and August Rentals $5500.00 per week with 8 Beach Passes.

We ask for a $2000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days.

The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time).

Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security.
