We are a small "bed and breakfast" located in the lovely Los Angeles suburb of Lakewood where the streets are tree-lined and the neighborhood feels like a small town. The weather is beautiful almost year round, we are approximately 7 miles from Pacific ocean beaches, 5 miles from the Long Beach airport (LGB), 14 miles from Disneyland, 28 miles from Hollywood and we are conveniently close to everything you'd want to do in the greater Los Angeles area.

The rates are simple. We don't "gouge" you on weekends or holidays. The rate is $60.00/night all year. We accept cash and take credit card payments through Paypal. The maximum number of guests is two (2). No children under 12 please. We have 2 very friendly house cats of our own so we unfortunately cannot allow other pets into the house. Our home is a complete non-smoking home. We have a couple of areas outside where smoking is allowed. We are flexible on check-in and check-out times. Please let us know as much about your schedules as possible so we can all make plans. And contact us if you'd like us to pick you up or drop you off from local airports and we will give you our rates. We ask that you keep in mind that this is a "suite" in a private residence and that you respect our privacy as we will respect yours. Please enjoy your stay with us.
