Enjoy Academic Atmosphere and Car Races in Dover, Delaware

          The location of Dover is on the St. Jones River, state of Delaware, United States. It may not be the largest city here, but is the capital of the state and is also seat of the Kent County.
          The visitors should know that this city is a huge educational center. Here is the Delaware State University, the Land-grant University, the Historically Black University, as also the Wesley College, The Delaware Technical and Community College and satellites of the University of Delaware and the Wilmington University. Each of these places has interesting history and something to show to its visitors. May be parents of seniors can use their vacation to decide where to send their kids after school.
          Following the order and starting with the most famous activities in the city the first to be mentioned is the Dover International Speedway. It is one of the NASCAR tracks a race that attracts huge audience in the USA and is exactly one mile long. With its concrete surface it became really unique and different place for races. So whenever you visit the city you will find something different and interesting here.
          Of course and at the end of the day tourists can go Downtown shopping at the various shops along West Lockermann Street and South Governors Avenue.
