For the Faint Hearted and for Those Who are Not Deer valley is a ski resort in Park City, Utah encompassing over six mountains for skiing and summer activities. The resort is one of the number one ranked ski destinations in all off Utah and each mountain has its own style to be had, especially when it comes to skiing as that is what they are most famous for. The panoramic views are plenty to be had from the high peaks, let's go over the six now and find out which is best for your trip to the resort.Sitting in the sky at 8400 feet is the Bald Eagle range that offers ideal snow flats for any level of skier. For the first timers, that have never skied before there are some protected runs here and they are separated from the rest, which is good. Two chairlifts give skiers and those who are just enjoying the view easy access to the start of the runs. This is a mountain that really caters to the needs of skiers making sure everyone has a chance to hit the snow without fear and even has some rental shops at the top. Skiing on this mountain is always a fun time. Little Baldy is at an elevation of almost 8000 feet and has nine tails ranked for the beginners as well as medium skill level skiers and it has a few expert runs too. Trails are easily accessible and this mountain is fun for the whole family, the runs are also just a short walk from the mountain resort. Bald Mountain which has an elevation of 9400 feet is made mostly with medium and highly skilled trails for those who are looking for a challenge away from the ordinary. There is one easy run on the mountain though. Some ungroomed trails can be found to but they are set aside for the highly trained only as they can be very dangerous. They have mountain guides and ski patrols throughout the area and it suggested that skiers speak with them before venturing out into those two areas. Flagstaff Mountain is very popular with an elevation of 9100 feet, it has four high speed box cars to pick up skiers and bring them to the top. There are options for all skiers on this mountain, all skill levels can have a good day on the tracks. Advanced skiers will enjoy the extensive areas that are just for them. Some of Deer Valley's most popular runs are found here too. Flagstaff is also a favorite for kids too, having many special children's runs that are padded to prevent any danger. Empire Mountain towers in the sky at 9570 feet high, This mountain has the most challenging terrain of all with only 2 medium skilled runs all the rest are for advanced skiers, there are not any easy tracks at all. Once you make it to the top if you plan on skiing down, you better be a skilled skier. There is one run on the mountain that will even challenge the most skilled of them. The last mountain is Lady Morgan, which scrapes the sky at 9000 feet; there is only one easy ski run on this mountain and one medium skill run for those not quite at an advanced level just yet. The easiest way to get to the resort is from the Canyon lodge. This is truly a destination for skiers of all skills and sizes and the scenery is nice in the winter too for those who love to stay in touch with nature.
