Australia the only place with a trademarked culture, the Aussie culture. The country is dived up into seven main territories, each with its own climate, unique terrains, abundance of activities and way of life. Lands full of one of kind wildlife, such as the native and well known kangaroo. The beaches of some ares having the biggest waves in the world. The perfect tropical climate for a sun filled and breezy vacation can be found in just about any of the territories of the country. The hypnotic and unique Aussie accent will grow on you as you speak with the locals of the country.
The main territory is the New South Wales and Australian and Capital Territory regions. The Australian Capital Territory is also known as “Canberra” by locals and those who know the area well. The most populated of the two regions is the New South Wales region and it is home to a flourishing business district. The largest city in Australia is found in these regions as well, Harbor City in Sydney. Bering that New South Wales is set on the coast, it is packed with with communities lining the beachfront. All the seaside communities offer unique experiences for vacationers to enjoy, throwing in that special Aussie touch to everyday activities. Away from the beaches, visitors can find the ranges of the Blue Mountains, where you can hike, bike and explore the trails. In Canberra, there are flat featureless plains and the farther you head inland the more deserted the lands become getting farther from farm lands.
In the Northern Territory, the vast expanse of desert known as the “Red Deserts” is a marvel of desert dry lands. Found tucked in the desert expanse are the towns Uluru and Alice Springs, each has their own spin on fun from sight seeing to target shooting. The region is home to the Kakadu National Park, the park gives visitors a up close view of the regions animals such as the sloths and anteaters that roam the park lands. The tropical town of Darwin is located in this region too. The whole Northern Territory is stunning, astonishing, gorgeous and full of amazing scenery.
QLD abbreviated, Queensland region of Australia has sunny breezy and as perfect as it gets warm tropical weather. The beach life style lives strong on the coastal area of Queensland, especially on the Gold Coast. This region is also where you will find access to the Great Barrier Reef, one of the worlds most famous reefs, if not the most famous and renowned. You can stop in on the hustle of the city of Brisbane while in the region as well. Tropical rainforests can be found in the region too in the Daintree National Park , which is home to some of the weirdest reptiles in the world. Some of the resorts have there own private shares of rainforest lands too.
Wine enthusiasts flock to the South Australia region, where world renowned wines are made for all to enjoy straight from the Barossa Valley. The mountain ranges known as Flinders are found in the region offering visitors awesome vistas. This region is birthplace to Australia's famous saying the “outback”, Crocodile Dundee let everyone know what the outback is like in the 90's film and it is very similar, beautiful, refined, yet wildly untamed. A place that merits a visit while in South Australia is the “City of Churches”, Adelaide.
There is also Tasmania home to the Tasmanian devil, Victoria which is known as the food capital of Melbourne and western Australia, all of which are astonishing places to spend some time. Most people travel to all the territories at different times but there is nothing that says you can't see them all in one trip, it will just have to be a long one.
