This prime property, the "Bunker House", is a 4000 sq. ft. home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths that sleeps 14 comfortably. Nearly 1/2 of our guests are repeat customers. This large modern house has all the comforts of home, since it is our second home. Outstanding features include a large game room with ping pong and bumper pool tables, television with the Dish Network TV as well as VCR and DVD players. The main family area has a 52" LCD TV also with the dish network. The house has high speed internet service, both wired in one location and wireless throughtout the house. There is a large 74 foot deck with magnificent views. A new second deck was added in the summer of 2004. The first floor was remodeled in 2004. A hot tub is now available as an option.
Sleeping arrangements include a Master bedroom with a queen bed and has a with private bath. This bedroom includes large glass doors to the the large deck. The second bedroom is the largest sleeping area in the house that includes a private bath, king bed, and has a refrigerator and sink. The third Bathroom has a queen bed and includes door access to the large deck. The main floor includes a bedroom with twin beds. The fifth and final sleeping area is the dorm room with 3 sets of bunk beds.
The house includes a laundry room. The house is decorated as a mountain property and as our second home is better appointed than a typical rental. There is a new large fully equipped kitchen with all major and minor appliances. This property only needs your food to be ready for fun.
