The studio is located near "Place des Vosges", in the "Marais"
quarter of Paris, in a small pedestrian street (rue du Grand
Veneur) ending in a rose garden, followed by a XIXth century
townhouse ("hotel particulier").

The 26 m2 apartment is situated in a modern building, first floor (for
French and British) or second floor (for US) with an elevator. It is
very quiet.

The apartment includes a living room with a large window overlooking
a courtyard. There is a very comfortable queen size sofa bed, a
closet, a chest of drawers, table and chairs, a CD/FM stereo.

The kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a
refrigerator, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a cupboard
which contains cooking utensils and dishware.

The bathroom contains a bathtub with shower, a cupboard and a toilet.
