European Holiday Villas

When vacationing in Europe, there may be certain spots where you'll stay longer than others. In such cases, renting luxurious holiday villas is a good idea. These villas can rented or leased for an extended period of time. If you've fallen in love with a particular place, and think that you'll want to return there frequently, you may even look for villa owners who are willing to sell their villas to you.
Some countries where holiday villas are popular are Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus and Portugal, because the warm conditions in the southern parts of these countries make water recreation a major attraction.
If you are planning to rent a villa for you and your family keep the following in mind:
1.Availability of basic comforts such as electricity and running water.
2. Cell phone coverage - Unless you're looking for a wilderness retreat, you're probably going to want to be able to take and receive calls and messages.
3. Beddings and towels. Some villa owners will require their tenants to bring their own beddings and towels.
4. Air conditioning - Some holiday villas do not offer air conditioning because their owners consider the fresh breeze sufficient. But, if you're particular about this, then make sure that your prospective villa has a functional air conditioner.
