A holiday is not complete without going around the place sightseeing, dining and shopping. No matter how fun it is, you usually feel exhausted at the end of the day.  Often, to some extent you can sense that your immune system is weak and you think that you have a fever or headache. To stay healthy whilst on a holiday, do these simple tips.

Certainly a healthy breakfast is the best to start your day. This will keep you focus and be more alert. Don't over eat though, but be sure not to skip meals either.

Your to-do list is definitely a great help to get the most out of your holiday. Yet when trying to complete every task you've written down will only stress you out; skip the things that require too much travel time and effort.
     
Take short breaks such as a few minutes to stretch, drink water, enjoy the scenery, map out your route, or check your companions if their having fun. These will not keep you breathless or panting, rather it will keep you more in proper perspective.

It is inevitable that you sometimes get bruises, scratches or bumps and cuts especially if you are hiking or climbing mountain in a tropical holiday. So, always carry in your knapsack a first aid kit to help ease pain and swelling.
