Staying Fit during a Holiday Vacation
Even if you're on a holiday vacation, you can still practice staying fit. Here are a few tips on how to stay fit during a holiday vacation.
1. Exercise
Doing exercise during the mornings would keep your heart pumping, blood circulating and immune system healthy.  There are a lot of things to do for the whole day that you may feel tired during the nights so it is important to do the exercise in the mornings.
You can try doing push-ups, sit ups and squats in your hotel room. At the beach, you can try running or brisk walking to keep you healthy.
You may also want to check if the hotel has a gym. Head to the gym and do basic workouts.
2. Eat right
Eating right would keep you fit during holidays. Don't skip breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day. To avoid overindulging with food, grab a low carb snacks in between meals.  Avoid starchy food such as white bread, potatoes and rice. Drink fruit juices, and eat high protein food.
3. Sports
Join volleyballs or Frisbee at the beach. You can enjoy the sports with different people whilst burning calories.
